ProTitle, Co. provides abstracting services to various lenders and processing companies. Our O&E reports will include the following:

• Two owner search

• Vesting information, including a copy of the current vesting deed

• Unsatisfied mortgages and deeds of trust

• Bankruptcy Search (borrower only)

• Judgments filed as a lien

• Federal tax liens

• Pending lawsuits that have been filed within the land records

• Tax information, including where payments should be made
