James F. Bodin – Real Estate Attorney

Jim is the President and owner of both ProTitle, Co. in Maplewood Minnesota and St. Louis County Title Co. in Duluth Minnesota. He has been practicing law since 1970 and is considered on of the top real estate attorney’s in the state of Minnesota. Jim oversees our operation and is active in our daily activities and is an invaluable resource to our clients. Jim examines title and sets forth the requirement needed to issue our title policies.

Patricia G. Bodin – Licensed Abstractor/Senior Closer

Pat has been actively involved in the title company for over 20 years. She spends most of her day abstracting and has personally closed over 5000 real estate transactions. Pat continues to close transactions and is a great resource for our company.

James E. Bodin (Jamie) – Marketing Director/Senior Closer

Jamie has been with the title company since 2002 when we opened our office in Maplewood. Jamie oversees the closing department and is responsible for client relations and marketing. He is always available to answer your questions and makes sure the closing department continues to exceed client expectations.

Kenneth V. Bodin (Ken) – Title Examiner

Ken is our senior title examiner and is been with the company since 2002 when we opened our office in Maplewood. He is responsible for examining title and making sure our title commitments are out the door in a timely manner. Ken also helps with the funding of the loans after closing and is always available to help you.

Kurtis A. Bodin (Kurt) – Marketing Director

Kurt works out of St. Louis County Title, Co. in Duluth and oversees the closing department and is responsible for client relations and marketing. Kurt joined the company in 1995. He is always available to answer your questions and works to make sure the closing department continues to exceed client expectations.

Mary Lou Bodin (Mare)

Mare works for St. Louis County Title Co. in Duluth and has been with the company since 2006. She is responsible for title processing services and is always available to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate person.
